Lenovo recently launched their new smartphone K6 POWER which is said to be as a power house as it's name also suggests that and thanks for the device for really proving it. Recently I ordered this new smartphone from flipkart which is 3 gb variant for Rs. 9, 999/-. And surprisingly flipkart had delivered within 4 days, thanks for their quick delivery. Now coming to smartphone it came with 3 gb ram, 32 gb of internal storage, snapdragon octacore CPU, 13 mp rear camera, 8 mp front camera, Fingerprint sensor, 3 capacitive touch buttons, 2 rear speakers powered with DOLBY ATMOS, 5 inch full Hd capacitive touch screen, flashlight, hybrid sim slot, 4000 mah high performance battery, 128 gb expandable. So talking about features it is fully packed with almost all the latest features at the price range of Rs. 9, 999/-. Now let's talk about the performance of the smartphone. The first most thing which comes to my mind when I think about this device is the battery performance. I checked the battery life of this device with the continous usage and it gives me the 7 to 8 hours of screen on time which is a great thing. And without any usage if I charge the mobile and keep it idle, the battery life is extended to one and half day with the 20% juice left. Second thing to talk about this mobile is the full hd screen. When compared to the K6 POWER competitors like redmi 3s prime and redmi note 4 actually the screen quality is good. In this price range the Lenovo had given a good quality display. This is not the best in the market but when we see the budget we can say it is good. It has a decent amount of sunlight legibility. We can almost see the screen in sunlight also. Fringerprint scanner is also another thing the user will definitely love to use it to unlock the screen. I think the fingerprint scanner which came with the K6 POWER is one of the best fingerprint scanners now available on the market. It actually works everytime and quickly. And there is feature called app locking which can be used with this fingerprint scanner. DOLBY ATMOS is another feature which can be said as an add-on to the Lenovo handsets. It works perfectly fine and really what does it do means. it adds a depth to the music and sounds we hear via headset. So we can hear every single detail in hearing music and we experience a high definition theatre audio. VR MODE is the center of attraction of this device which does not come with inbuilt in any other brands. If we long press the power button it displays this option. If we select that mode total screen will split into screens on a single dislpay, through that user can enjoy VR experience with installing any third party apps like google cardboard. I really thank the Lenovo team for implementing this type of creative ideas into reality. The next thing to talk about is the build quality. The build quality is nice and the smartphone has a metallic back. The curved edges makes this device to look and feel like a premium smartphone. If we use the smartphone without any mobile case it may slip from your hand. So I suggest it's better to use a mobile case. Because of a great design the one handed operation is also great. When comes to the camera department,
it is a sort of a good camera but not the best in the market. The closer shots are really coming good and autofocus is also performing good. And zoom operation is also good. And it has lots of manual settings , if we are not happy with the automatic settings. The front camera is also a very good camera. The other features which comes with this device is USB OTG, TAKING PICTUES WITH FINGERPRINT SCANNER, APP LOCKING WITH FINGERPRINT SCANNER, DOUBLE TAP TO WAKE UP, LONG PRESS HOME BUTTON TO SWITCH FLASHLIGHT ON AND OFF and many more. The features which are lacking on this are no IR blaster, no fast charging, no 64 gb ROM variant, no front firing speakers, no dual sim capability with mmc card slot, no backlight touch keys, non removable battery.
