Phone performance and Touch is really bad. Review on Lenovo K3 Note

I have been using this mobile from past 14 months

I bought this mobile from flip kart 14 months back 9900 rupees, phone performance is really bad

While talking phone calls temperature of phone increases very rapidly, Even though ram is good, the phone is very slow. If I open any five applications Phone gets hung very frequently and doesn’t respond I have to lock and unlock the phone to get it run again. Touch is really bad for example, if I want to unlock the phone by the pattern I have drawn patterns at least 2-3 times and if I play any game phone restarts automatically. Coming to sound quality, if I watch any movie in phone or from YouTube the sound is not audible even after turning on the Dolby feature on the phone. Battery life is okay suppose if I charge mobile for one time you will get the battery for 12 hours at least.
