I have purchased K3 note in Dec'15 and worked for 5 months only and it started giving problem, I Approached authorised service center in Bangalore, the service found very worst I even seen, very poor responce from the authorised service center and informing that the support from lenovo is very poor, I have approached lenovo india service head, call center what not. the problem not resolved till date, one and half a month passed. how a person can live without mobile nowadays. I never purchase any of the lenovo product. very worst, my sincere advice to all, please do not purchase lenovo product as the service is very very poor, forget about the set what you purchase and scrape it once it get repair.
