I am sharing my personal experience with you guys what I had in this 3 month. I brought lenovo yoga 2 13 laptop from Dubai having international warranty( Global Coverage) . Before 3 month my laptop got short circuited. I visited lenovo customer service center pune to repair it. They have repaired my motherboard and charged 5100 including service charges. But told me that the battery is damaged and need to replace. But the battery is not available now. They have taken my request, but it's being 3 month, they have not got the laptop battery.
This laptop is also available in India. I am very dissapointed because these companies are telling is that they will give international warranty and service but they actually fails to do that.
If anyone reading from Lenovo India, please improve after sale service.
