I wanted a budget tab for my day to day usage. my requirement was limited to playing videos and reading articles. I had no thoughts of going to apples and samsung to waste money.
That's when I was recommended about this product. Lenovo Ideatab A1000. after a lot of comparisions with the equally priced tabs, i finally decided to go for this and bought it on flipkart for about 5.5k if i am not wrong. 7" tab with Dual core 1.2 GHz for this price.. you must be kidding.
Turn offs:
if u r specific on a camera, this has a real bad camera (but why the hell u need a camera on a tab). i seriously dont need it
limited in built memory. its just 4GB (there is a other version with 16 GB). well, both of it are expandable till 32GB but i just thought 4gb was just too low
upgradable only till 4.2 version of android.
Turn ons:
Beautiful display
Amazing sound. Dolby features
Most importantly, the prices for the features is amazing.
Common guys. Now dont tell me that u need a apple equivalent for 5.5 or 6k when u r ready to pay more than 20k for the actual one's. People who wanna as a common purpose its a 100% perfect choice. Pls go for it.
PS: I know that there is a new version of A1000 in the market. i am not sure about the reviews for that.
