The company sells faulty products and when a customer goes to their service centre for the problem, they don't give any complaint and misguide the customer. when the customer is rigid to get it checked only then they accept to repair the set and never changes the faulty set. each time they try to make the customer fool. details of the complaint is below:
I had purchased a lenevo idea tab a 3000 on 26/10/2013. There was a problem with battery from the very first day. I went to service centre at nehru place delhi in december and they misguided me by saying to charge the battery after consuming completely for 10 hours. Then due to the time problem i could not go to the service centre. On 18/6/2014 i went to reliable technology in nehru place and they took my set with complaint number 7021361248 and assured me to return it after resolving my problem within 2 days. After a gap of 7 days I talked to service centre at Nehru Place on 25/6/2014.
I was asked by some lady at the phone to collect the set in evening of 25/6. when I was in the way to collect the set on 26/5/2014, I received a call that my lenevo idea tab is dead and engineer is looking for the fault. I was surprised to listen it and I FELT very sorry and feel cheated by purchasing a set from Lenevo. this set was problematic from the very first day of its purchase. I had already sent a mail in December 2013 and visited service centre personally but I was not attended to properly.
I am repeatedly requesting the company to replace my faulty set but now the company is not listening to me."
I suggest all prospective buyers to please don't purchase any product from lenovo, they are cheating the public.
