Very bad experience with this product.Even though I'm a software professional, I felt very much difficulties to download all drivers.Still I'm unable to use web cam.When I install web cam driver, it's showing a warning that "No appropriate driver to install". No idea with this error.Amazon should provide driver DVD along the product.There is no os installed.This lap showing plugged in, not charging while connecting charger.
