My experience : Do Not go for Lenovo. Review on Lenovo G50-80 Notebook

I have used Lenovo and found that initial few months are good, but the product is designed for very short life, within a year(10 months) my screen developed black lines(a manufacturing issue) and Lenovo customer care does not want to attend it evenif its in 1 year warantee.

1. I had purchased Lenovo G50-80 last year in May 2016 which comes without any softwares.

   
   




2. One has to purchase the softwares to get started, but anyway these are considerable issues.

   
   




3. After about 9 months of usage in Mar 2017, I found black permanent lines on one part of the screen. The laptop was being used in perfect conditions, there is absolutely No damage, not even a scratch.

   
   




4. It is clearly product Manufacturing defect.

   
   




5. On contacting Lenovo for help, they asked for pictures, checked the warrantee(within the 1 year period) and than just no solution.

   
   




6. After repeated follow-ups, they ask me to pay and get it rectified.

   
   




7. I am convinced that LENOVO is selling SUB-STANDARD LAPTOPS in Indian market and least bothered for Service and Guarantees.

   
   




8. DO NOT BUY LENOVO.
