I bought this to replace a 4 year old Dell Inspiron. The Lenovo has superior specs than my old Dell, but I repeatedly experienced extremely sluggish performance that resulted in lock ups. If there are more than one browser window open, performance gets so bad that intermittent lockup occurs, cursor freezes everything just locks up.
The 6 year old Dell with inferior specs has slowed down over the years, but still does not lock up like this Lenovo.

While connected to the internet, the connection became so slow, at one point it would take minutes for something to happen. The "waiting" cursor went on and on and on. On my last session on the internet it simply stopped. Would no longer open a website. I got on my old Dell and no problem.
Also, the wireless dropped the signal. I have NEVER had a computer that would just drop the wifi signal. It would not reconnect. I had to reboot for the wireless to work again.
Similar experience to these reviews-"Qualcomm Atheros wireless. works good at first then suddenly starts dropping signal" & "I have had more problems troubleshooting Atheros Qualcomm than any other wireless since B-frequency was the industry gold-star."
Because of these defects, it makes no sense to keep this computer.
