So we bought a Lenovo laptop for my cousin. The specs were good, it looked good so we went ahead and bought the Lenovo G50 laptop with i3 processor, 8Gb ram, 1 TB hard drive and Windows 8.1 OS.
For a couple month it worked well. We didn't have issues other than the time it took to start. It was like any other laptop. Then suddenly one fine day it stopped working. There was nothing on the screen. Blank.
I called at the tech support and reported this.The sent their tech guy who after checking came to conclusion that there was a problem with the screen and it needs to replaced.
The screen came after 10 days and again the tech guy came after somedays to replace it. But after replacing the screen it didn't work.
So then they decided to again change the screen and LCD and cable. This whole process again took more than 15 days and when the parts came and replacement was done, the laptop didn't work.
Then they said that the mother board needs to be replaced, so they replaced the mother board. Still no result. This took another 15 days.
I asked them to replace my laptop with a new laptop as everything has been replaced already. But they said its not their policy. So they decided to change the screen again but this time the screen itself was broken when delivered. But it did work. So they send a new screen again and it was replaced.
It took more than three months for them to realize a problem(which was just the screen). TROLLED!
SO next time someone says they have a good service, tell them this.
