Overall build Quality is very good, looks premium material. Its very light in weight and compact as you can fold it while you travel. Works with any android smartphones which having screen size of 4.5 inches to 6 inches. Rubber holder protracts and hold your phone easily. Soft clothe is included in the box to clean lenses. Its very conferable to wear. and yes you can use them while your spectacles on.
Few cons I'd like to add is that, this device is open from side so you may notice some lights coming from there while you watch movie, I suggest you to dim your room light while using this Headsets. And other thing is that its lenses are dust magnet, you need to clean it every time before you use.
This device available at only Rs.500 if you buy with Lenovo K4 Note. but if you want to buy separately then it will cost you about Rs.1300.
If you have tight budget than you can buy this headset, but I'd suggest you to go for some other choices too, they are many good VR headsets are available at this price point.
