I bought lenovo snartphone a 800 in April 2013 and in just less than two months its screen started malfunctioning. Turning blurred to dead black
When I called up customer care I came to know that they have only eight service centres in only eight cities in India. They do not have even one service centre in city like Delhi and whole of NCR. They tie up with some hcl infosystem in Delhi where I was asked to deposit my mobile to be further sent to company for repair. They have informed me that this process will take minimum of 15 days
How difficult it is to spent 15 days without mobile is something I am experiencing for the first time in last 10 years.
After 10 days when I called service centre they said that I will have contact company for update, so I called lenovo and after several try and very long hold up(their customer care line cost Rs 2 per min) I manage to speak one executive who informed that damaged motherboard will come from china and within next 7 days I will get my mobile.
Now it is 20 days , I called up service centre they informed that they have not received part yet and after several tries and long hold ups I cud not speak to lenovo. Mails are also not getting replied too
