I bought this laptop before 1 year from Amazon online shopping site. I am using this laptop for one year, So I have a very experienced with this and which today I am sharing with you.
1>At first the laptop was very good, but after three months Bluetooth and WiFi not working though I installed the driver properly. Then I have call the customer care and they have raised a complaint about this issue and the service engineer call me and send some driver link to my mail for download and reinstall those driver. Though I installed those driver properly the Bluetooth and WiFi not work. After that I again called the customer care and also the service engineer about that case. After that, they had visited my home for checking the laptop. They checked and said Bluetooth and wifi card need to be replaced, becose the card has gone bad. I said ok with that, after 20-22 days they again visited to my home and replaced the card then the issue resolved and they charged from me Rs.2000/- for that. I said just 3 months had gone why you are charged from me, the warranty period is not end as of now. They simply said, the card not cover under warranty. So their service is also very bad.
2>After I have used 7 months, the keyboard some button not work. After that I changed the keyboard again by paying of Rs.1500/-
3>The laptop is very heating when working on it.
4>The battery backup is very poor i.e maximum 2 hours.
5>The laptop has another issue I have faced, which is suddenly the laptop hanging.
6>The laptop one year has not yet passes i.e warranty period though not end, I have faced many problem with this laptop.
7>User friendly: - The laptop is not a friendly relation with me due to its bad service and unresponsive sometime.
8>Reliability & Satisfaction: - I have not any reliability with this laptop, and also I am not satisfied with it.
9>Value for money: - It is not value for money, if you buy this laptop then that means you will lost your money.
10>Service & Support: - Its service and support is not so good, their support team has not proper knowledge to identify the issue directly.
So please do not try to buy this laptop.
