We would like to narrate to you the bad experience we had after buying your product. Just to satisfy my son’s desire to play games I wanted to buy a PC.
We were unlucky that day when we had gone to buy a PC because the HP dealer near our place was closed. So we had gone to Lenovo dealer
M/s BRAHMAND Computers, Secunderabad, and Andhra Pradesh, India. We had given our requirement that we want to buy a
. The dealer suggested to buy a Lenovo 5312 2 GQ PC=MB16333
which suits our requirement. We bought the same vide bill no. BC\HO\5975\2008-09 dt 20-Sep-2008. Especially we were told that there is a Graphic card to support games, which we later found is not there at all and the same we have reported to Lenova Help line and
registered the complaint for verification also.
We got the PC installed on a unlucky and our PC miseries started from then. We could not load any games which my son’s friends play in their Pentium III computers. We even bought one new Spider Man original game CD @ Rs.500/- which also could not be loaded in this system, which was otherwise was successfully loaded in
HP Pentium III PC. Even when the system was delivered they did not install OS also. How are we supposed to work with out it? We had given the PC to the dealer for verification and he reported that there is a problem with the mother board and asked us to contact the company because it is under guarantee/warrantyperiod.
*We have also notified the problem to the Lenovo Help line many times but not even once we got any help or solution. The PC is just lying unused now and our money gone in the wind.
Being an IBM product, we never thought the performance will be so bad. We request you to replace this PC with a new one which will suit our requirement
All our friends/relatives using HP product and never have faced problems regarding the quality/ performance of the product and services.
We feel so helpless with our hard earned money gone waste. We hope you will help us change our views about your product by replacing the PC with a new one at the earliest possible.
