I had some issues with lenovo laptop and took it to the service center Aforeserve in andheri mumbai. Since the laptop was out of warranty they said the service charges are 15000 to replace a motherbord. for a 27000 worth laptop 15000 for a motherbord was too much. service person suggested to take a warranty pack for rs 5000 and assured the laptop will be repaired with in 25 days or earlier.
And suured the warranty pack also will come with in that time frame. on the 24th day when called up the response was, bring the laptop we'll fix it up. Once the laptop was taken to the service center they said few more spares are required and need to keep it for a day.
After that I had to follow up many times with lenovo and so far the laptop is not repaired , neither the warranty pack has come inspite of repeated promises of gettting it done the same day/ next day. Suggetion, Never ever take warranty pack from aforeserve
