The camera is of good quality. How to connect the phone to PC and using Blue tooth need explanation. Lack of a good manual is the main problem. The case breaks if dropped. on the whole good value for the money.
Service is not easily available. Availability of spares such as the head phones not known. I have been using it for the pasta almost 2 years and there has been no major problem.
So the product can be said to be reliable.
