I am a adventurous kind of person and also at an adult age I like going to the places which a mesmerising and amazing just like leh.I wasn't planning to go there but my friends made a plan on going on bikes but due to bad weather we didn't and decided to go through airline.
The through air you can see the amazing beauty there it just a sight for sore eyes so refreshing with clouds everywhere and then we landed at that very moment we realized and felt that thin air.Just a 20 meter walk was enough to tire you.The airport was small as its not a very frequent visiting hub.
The cheking is very much there due to army being there .
But after all the cheking and formalities we took a hotel and rested and next day we went for sight seeing and it was a realy really cold day .You just cannot survive there without proper clothing .There were amazing monestries .
We saw Padma korpa school where 3 idiot was shot.Sindhu ghaat was just mesmerizing and the point sangam where river zanskar and indus river meet .
We went for nubru valley, passing through khardung La.The leh is an extremely cold and dangerous place.One bad gear of your car or steering and you are hundreds of feet down.The leh is also titled as the cold desert and is very cool, pun intended.It is a must visit place but be aware it is really cold so maybe not suitable with family also its risky so biking only when you are an expert and be aware of Army trucks as they are rash drivers .But in all a must visit place in Your lifetime .
