This collection has 5 CD's which cover almost all the famous songs of M.S.
It also contains the songs from the movies in which she acted!
Needless to say all the songs are so powerful that you are almost overwhelmed!!!Kaatriniley varum geetham is rendered in such a way that it is sure to bring tears to your eyes!So have Maravene and hey hare.
But out of all the CD's the fifth one is my FAVOURITE!
It has all the songs I LOVE!esp. vadavariye,kurai ondrum illai.I don't think there can be anyone who does not like kurai ondrum illai.
And the way she chants Jai Jai shankara is enough for the entire house to vibrate with the chanting.The rendition is awesome!!!
I would recommend this collection to anyone who wants to listen to some soulful music.Even if you are not familiar with the south Indian languages in most of the songs it doesn't matter as her voice leaves you enthralled.
They are available in both cassetes and CD's.
So, enjoy them and forget yourselves while you listen to her...
