I am providing a review about Lee Jeans for ladies . Here I am limited to 7500 words only, actually this review here is a part of my much appriciated blog' Difference In Indian society w.r.t Indian woman'. There I had put eleborately what changes I have undergone when came to Mumbai from small town named ‘madhogarh ‘ in Satna district in MP .

My first denim experience:

Like most indian families, after marriage wearing saree is compulsary both in my family as well as my in laws . Although my husband claimed no probs in dressing I used to wear sarees all the time when I came to mumbai . So this is the first time I am in a metro city . Before this I went only to bhopal, gwalior and indore . Here First-time I saw the class of working woman – driving, dining, giving speeches …they were at banks, IToffices, business centers, courts .

I understood that at my age(24) seldom others are wearing sarees no-matter they are married or not . I saw my neighbours, although she is a mother of two children is wearing jeans while at office or market .Oneday I went to Foodbazar I overheard ‘she is trying to be more fashionable wearing saree ‘ . I felt the change needed at that moment .For few days I tried with salwar as I felt very strongly to leave Indian dresses and adapt western but I knew its necessary . That time I don’t have any information about types /brands of jeans …even I didn’t know what would be its price . But I sited infront of TV …first time not to watch any movies/news but to watch ads of jeans . One that day my luck was bad …within 2-3 hours I hadnt saw any denim ad. I became nervous for the rest for the day … broke a cup while making tea for my hubby, closed the UPS button before shutting down the PC( and got a village-ghost award).Next day what I did that you may call a crime .

We live in a flat at kharghar .Its number is 7B . In the same floor there are 3 other apartments 7A, 7C, & 7D.In our adjoining 7A flat there is a family of 4, a working couple with 2 children . I had a little friendship with the lady, I saw her wearing jeans while going to office or so .

actually what I her jeans is hanging at our corridor . So in the lonely afternoon I experienced my first jeans experience by temporarily stealling it and kept it same as before 15 minutes later .

Few days later I bought my first jeans from Lee's showroom at Colaba causebay . Lee jeans for me: Generally Lee jeans( Rs 1000 upwards) is rather cheaper than Levi( Rs 1400 upwards), Wranglar but it does have wide range of collection( nowadays killer jeans and SF jeans got better collection for women) .

Like you can have Straight, Boot-cut, body-hugged( I forgot the exact terminology) in all high Waist, regular, low waist .

I believe Straight regular is the'safest' for all purpose say in work or in a party or may be in case of weekend movie.

When I bought the jeans first time I didnt know the variables, but luciky I bought the most common sky blue straight jeans from Lee .

I saw wranglar and Levi too but Levi is somewhat more costly and most women's jeans are somewhat decorated which I didnt liked . I wanted a jeans as I see in the TV .who wants flower/faces decorated at lower legs? some maybe but Not I . even for wranglar/ LAvi u cannot get that much different jeans .

What more .u wore it and feel . Here I am limited to 7500 words only, actually this review here is a part of my much appriciated blog' Difference In Indian society w.r.t Indian woman'. There I had put eleborately what changes I have undergone when came to Mumbai from small town named ‘madhogarh ‘ in Satna district in MP .There I wrote elaborately about difference between a metro-girl and a small-town girl . difference in culture, attitude, also non-metro women’s uneasiness towards electrical goods,

behavioural difference, sense of humour and sense of dress cosmatics .

Basically in Indian society very few women are indipendent about the clothes they wear . In northern India and especially in cities women also wear'Salwar kameez', which is comfortable in workplace. some women in urban India also wear westernized dresses like trousers and shirts but majority of the women wear Indian attire.

When I was in my teen I saw in hindi films that the female leads are wearing trousers, jeans{ I grown up with madhuri-salman-shahrukh-anil-raveena-Akshaye-kajol-ajay-aish}.This is same for many non-metro girls like us . They went to colleges wearing salwars, and after marriage the traditional ‘saree’ only . As most families in India newly wed wifes had to live with their parents-in-law very less of them have a freedom of choice in their living style . Perhaps the same was waiting for me …but my marriage took me to mumbai and thing changed .
