Faulty handest was supplied. No respite after 2 months. Le Eco do not have proper service ability and even not responding about status after 2 months of submission to service centre immediately after purchase within 15 days for manufacturing defect.
Overall: Pl read this before purchase Le Eco Product. I purchased the Le ECO2 phone from Flipkart and within 10 days found manufacturing defect. Flipkart asked to submit service centre of Le Eco. After 2 months of constant communication neither problem is solved nor phone is returned. Probably Le Eco does not have proper service mechanism to solve faulty handsets supplied through various e commerce sites. The case is loaded with National consumer forum where flipkart submitted to close the case on grounds that consumer wish to take legal action.
