I had a bad experience with Lazypay.
My payment of Rs. 1, 305 was overdue and I cleared it through GooglePay UPI on 23rd February 2021.
I received a debit message from my bank and payment reflected on my GooglePay as well. The next day, LazyPay began a rude follow up with 19 smses, 19 mails and phonecall to'recover' payment I had already made. I attached screenshot and wrote to helpdesks, in-app-health and finally I received an acknowledgement that they have received the payment but they still continue to charge me late payment fee/penalty unfairly and wrongly after the payment is made. You can find the screenshot attached along. They don't update payments you make. You have to go after them to make them update payments. I am afraid it could slowly turn in to a scam. Hope not.
