Hello.
You all might have tasted the most famous chips, lays magic masala, and you may also have fell in love with its good taste, but exceptions are always there.
Beside its great taste and masala magic, there are a lot of harmful toxins that have an impact on our health adversely, even we wont be aware of that.
In india, most of the health problems occur due to junk food, but it doesnt mean we will ban all junk food, neither we can. I am not blaming the junk food industry , neither I am telling you not to eat it, basically I am saying that even if we will try we can avoid it as much as possible, sometimes we want to grab it and you can do , but dont exceed the limit. Excess of everything is bad. I am not acting like that professional one, but just tryna give you some advice that you aint gonna accept.
Lets come back to the point, the chips packet is full of air ( nitrogen) and we all know that, there is a famous dialogue about lays , that is , 70 % more air and 30% chips.
Well, what can we do, we can just avoid over eating of junk food. Thats all I wanna say.
