I visited L&M tatabad, Coimbatore for the purchase of Power Glass. Actually I wanted in two days time, They were telling the stories like Lenzkart that they are corporate and have the plant in only in chennai the order has to go to chennai and will take 1 week time, Finally agreed for 3 days.
Actually i'm staying in Bangalore, So asked to courier to bangalore address, They did not deliver after 4 days when I called to them they said it will take another 2 days, This they are informing me after I called them. They talked very rudly that chennai people suppose to inform me and it is not their responsibility. I was surprised by his tone. The staffs don't know how to talk to the customer.
Their frames are very expensive and so the lens.
After sale support is really poor.
Please go to any other reputed store.
