My grand father who is in late 60's, went to Lawrence and Mayo to get simple reading glasses. but instead he ended up buying glasses worth 33k. Yes, it's 33, 000 for glasses. My father went back to store and asked why these glasses are super expensive. Then management gave fancy names to progressive lens and added some more fancy qualities to it and said total ended up as 33K. Frame 5.4k and lens glass 28K. This was eye opening experience for my grand father, who ended up paying for it all at a time and regret his decision.
Please check other stores too before buying from any store of Lawrence and Mayo. Dont rush and dont go with the flow.
