Lawrence and Mayo Porvorim Goa. Review on Lawrence and Mayo Contact lens

I recently purchased Bausch and Lomb contact lenses from Lawrence and Mayo Porvorim Goa. After opening one pair I couldn't even wear them on for 3 hours. They were going dry and not fitting me. I had to keep rotating then with my finger tips. So I called the optometrist Mr Rakesh there seeking for some help. I explained to him my problem. I've used lenses for the past 10 years plus but never had this problem. I even tried on my old lense just to check if it is something because of my eyes. But the old pair was absolutely fine. After talking to him for 24 minutes he concluded that exchange would have been possible if the box was not open. How would I know that they are not fitting if o didn't open. My eyes were examined by him before purchasing the lenses. Finally I asked him if there is anyone higher authority then him there whom I can talk to or who can help me out as I had paid 4000 for it. And the remaining 5 pairs would get wasted. He was very rude and directly said that I can write a review on Google about it. That was not what I was expecting him to say.So I opened another pair. And the same issue can't use for more then 3 hours when I believe they are supposed to be worn for 7-9 hours.What a waste. No more Lawrence and Mayo Porvorim.
