I bought about 12 DVD s from landmark and all dvd's have been corrupt this has created problems in my laptop too which I had used to watch movies.When I called landmark at 022 26396010 the phone attendent was too rude and said that if I want to talk I will need to come to the store and get the bill along he was more like an intorogator than a CSA of a welknown book store..
Now this is interesting.. when I went to the store with the bill and the respective DVDs ... the store person upfront denied any help and didnt bother to check those DVDs either. It's been a worst experience with me ever .. AND THEY THINK THEY WANA MATCH OTHER MEGA STORES!!
LOOKS LIKE LANDMARK IS A "LANDMARK' OF PIRATED CDs I dont know what are they upto.!!for no reason the company like this should be cheating customers by selling pyrated CDs just to earn some cheap profits or may be to get the rent for their shop?
It's not only sad but embarrassing to know that I've been a customer of such store..
