For a book lover and reader, Landmark is a visual treat to the eyes. The seeming casual disorder is designed to maximize the customer's attention on a w-i-d-e range of books, magazine, stationery, gifts and what for all ranges. Be it the coloring books for children, the fiction or the management or the self-help books, everything is there. Plus, the easy availability of the sofas to sit and browse makes one linger on. Plenty of parents leave their children to baby-sit themselves while they go around the rest of the mall. It is a veritable music lover's paradise. For those of who did not know. ask the sales staff for any book and they will get it for you from anywhere around the world.Try it - it works.
Even the most esoteric of music titles are available at Landmark Stores. Try them out. And their event launches (like the Jeffery Archer and the Paulo Coelho ones) are well organized and a treat to attend.
If only they had kept away the cheap plastic stuff and and the techno-zones (new), the place would be a lot more like able. The knowledge of the staff is very good - compare it with any other store. I have visited other stores like Crossword, Oxford and some more but these staff beat them hands down. Now, if only, we could get people to read more.
