Lancers convent=north korea. Review on Lancers Convent, Delhi

I had an extremely negative experience with this school.  Parents must look for other better options.  The negative reviews given by others are completely true. It's an instituition of completely narrow-minded people.  Starting from the school gate to inside,  they are all very rude. The guards are bullshits. They look at you as if you are doing something wrong.  The lady at the gate see the parents with her eyes wide open and is very rough.  An old aged guard replies you with full rudeness.

The school authorities don't allow parents to enter the gate if they are wearing shorts,  capris or slippers.  It's ridiculous but there is a dress code for parents too. The receptionist named priyanka is a double-faced lady. This lady and a coordinator named ms. Sarita would behave very well at the time of admissions.  These ladies have a big role to play when it comes to backdoor admissions.  Ms. Sarita negotiates with the parents over the phone and ms. Priyanka accepts all the cash in a secret room. when admitting your kids,  they would talk very sweetly and smile.  After this, they neither smile nor they behave well.  They say- pata nahin kaise admission ho gaya apke bache ka?

If your child is an average student,  this school would do nothing to encourage your child.  I kept on requesting the class teacher ms. Priyanka to take my son in extra curricular activities but she did not.  In fact, she did all her efforts to demoralise my child.  She allowed others to go to the reception but not my son. Once, after my request,  he was allowed but that day ms. Priyanka(class teacher)asked my son to throw his toffees in the dustbin.

Dear parents,  beware this is not a school.  This is a north Korea kinda place.

And it's true that here the girls and boys are kept separately from seating in the class to playgrounds n everywhere.

This school even pressurises parents. If ever you raise your voice,  they would threaten to strike off your child's name.

it happened to one of my friends- she picks up her child herself.  But that day the class teacher sent the child to the bus gate and the child boarded a bus.  The child was not found till about 3pm. The parents were worried but weren't allowed inside the school premises by the authorities.  After many requests,  they got inside and told the school authorities that they were going to inform the police but the school owner and the receptionist ms. Priyanka threatened that the name of the child would be struck off if the parents informed the police.

The teachers working in the school are touts and get commission for admissions.

these ladies named ms. Priyanka(receptionist) and ms. Sarita(coordinator) are involved and openly accept huge capitation fees that go into lacs. Obviously,  everything happens under the guidance of the chairman. This is a school run by the owner's family.  These people accept huge fees and all these so-called employees hide the black money.

Also, it's true that the teachers hit the students.  And, the staff hides this fact very cleverly.  They would never accept that they have done any such act. In fact,  they would make you and your child wrong in a matter of minutes.

so, please be very careful.

don't admit your child here.

there are many better schools around.  Don't go by name. Lancers is a completely hyped school.the school authorities hype the name themselves.

Please don't punish your children.

one more thing- here there is a rule that if you have taken permission to go to the stationery shop you can only go there.  You can't even go to the reception even if it lies in between the gate and the stationery shop. If you dare do such an act, you wil be caught and the receptionist ms. Priyanka,  coordinator ms. Sarita and the guards would give you a good scolding and ask you in several ways as to why you went to the reception when you had asked to go to the stationery shop?

They all make you feel like a culprit. It has happened to me.

and, when you go to drop your child in the morning.  Parents are not allowed to wave at their children and say a'bye'. The old man(guard) sends the parents away.  And one day he said to me - jao jao ye sab hum ne ab band kar dia hai'.

The staff here is completely rough. Is it the right way to talk to parents?

my husband had sent authorities a mail regarding the problems that we had faced but there has been no reply till date.

Lancers school prashant vihar is not less than north Korea in terms of its dictat behaviour.
