Ease of Use:

Sensitivity:

I just cannot beleive this ridiculous thing is made by lakme. Lakme is a really good brand and my most of the products are from lakme or maybelline. Lakme has been a holy grail brand for lipsticks and other stuff but they can really make some crappy foundations. I just cannot understand why I bought this in first place. This was my first foundation and I never knew that a foundation should actually have coverage.

Lakme perfecting liquid foundation:

Product packaging:

I understand for the price they cannot give us a pump or a good bottle so not a big issue there. But the glass bottle is quite thin so if dropped it can break easily. Not quite much to say about packaging.

Quality:

I would straight up say that it smells exactly as chemicals mixed in a bottle. The consistensy is really runny so we have to be really careful while taking on the hand. This was my first foundation as this was my most affordable foundation, but I must say buying this was my big mistake, it just did nothing to my skin. It do not have any coverage, but you must say at this price what can we expect, but no we should not compromise there are so many bb creams which at low costs give you more coverage than this product.

This is a very old product which I have been seeing since I was a child. But lakme had still not discontinued it and that is just making me more mad.

Shade range:

Shade range is as crappy as the foundation. There are only 4 shades- marble, coral, shell, pearl. How can anyone be only from 4 shade range and all shades are so light they cannot be used by most of the Indians which is rediculous as they mostly just launched in India. I bought the darkest shade coral and it still made me look ashy.

Price:

It is very cheap 140/- for 20ml. But it is still not worth it at all. I would really put some more money and but a cc or bb cream.

Some people love it?

I do not know why some people still love it. I know it is very light weight but if I want to look the same after applying it so I might as well not put it on at all. I have a little pigmentation but it can't ever cover that. I do not kow which people love it, people who have not used other foundations at all I guess. They had recently changed there packaging but no change in formula which is a bummer.

Will I recommend?

This foundation is a really hard pass for me. I am not telling here people what to do. I am just giving my opinion on this foundation. I would never recommend it to anyone just buy some bb or cc cream which are way better. I would really say to lakme that they should just discontinue the foundation it is been too long there.
