It claims to be compatible for winter weathers but I found it to be completely the opposite. It has such a light consistency that it hardly moisterizes your skin in the winter. And being too watery, it is not compatible for the humid days of summer as well; makes you sweat profusely.
Apart from its pleasant fragrance(which stays for no longer than about 15 minutes after application), it does not have any detectable effect on your skin, even on regular use. I can not tell about oily skins, but it definitely does not work for dry skin persons. I would not use or recommend this mosterizer to anyone.
