I had purchased Lakme's Transfer Resistance Lip for my wife from Shopper's Stop. I purchased it after seeing the Aid which show's a girl kissing on the glass pan after appling this lip color, and the glass pan is clear. But when my wife applied the same, firstly the color was not even, and secondly it was transfering exactly like any other Lip Color.
I approched Shopper's Stop to give either a Good Lip Color or refund the money. They told me that Lakme's represententive will call and will take care of my problem. Till date even after 45 days I have heard nothing from either Shopper's Stop and niether from Lakme.
