I am a kind of girl who likes intense deep dark kohl on her waterline.
There are many eyeliners in the market which are deep black and are perfect for upper lash line, but they are useless when it come to waterline except gel liners, but even they have a problem. It a pain to remove them really, otherwise you wake up with panda eyes.
