I was looking for a decent beauty parlor in Chennai and went to Lakme thinking it should be a good brand offering standardized services in all their franchicees.
I visited the Besant nagar branch 5-6 times and to my dismay their services are consistently bad and staff is absolutely incompetent. I have gone their for waxing and facial a couple of times and here is what I feel.
The staff has no clue how to do waxing. They take forever and it always look as if that particular attendant is doing it for the first time in her life. I had to tell her repeatedly to do it like this or that and still it was nowhere near good.
Facial - Their cheapest facial starts from Rs 650 and they hardly do anything..just a light massage for 15 mins and they are done...though on their pamphlet its mentioned that its for 60 minutes...I asked the front staff lady about it and next time after finishing off the massage in 15 mins, the attendant went off for half n hr after applying a face pack so that the total time too around 45 mins..
In fruit facial, they just use banana everytime...nothign else.. Even after making an appointment well in advance I had to wait for more than half n hour for my turn. I am looking for some other decent beauty parlor in Chennai, but until I fnd it I have no other option than to go to this place again n again.
All the ladies out there...pls suggets if you know of a decent place. I live in Adyar, Chennai. How is Naturals btw..? I could not find any reveiw of it in moutshut..
