As the name suggests it actually is weightless and matte. If you're someone with oily skin this is a must buy product. For a normal to dry skin person you should apply a bit of moisturizer and you're good to go. You don't need to set it with powder as it stays for good 2-3 hrs if you don't touch it. Overall it's a good everyday product specially for students use as it is rightly priced and stays for a good time. For a better application buff it onto your skin with a brush in circular motion or you can also use your finger but beautyblender or makeup sponge won't be able to blend mousse textured thing.
