I bought this liner because I wanted to try a liquid liner but dont wanted to spend a lot on a liquid liner which I'll use for trial purpose!
So this liner retails for ₹225 and you can find this online and offline as well as its availabilty is good.
I used this just two times and the third time its formula kinda split I dont know what happend to it. The actual product that is the black portion of the product and the water content of it split. Due to which I was enable to use it after that.
Also the quality is not the best because after few hours it became patchy and made my eyes red and annoyed.
I recommend to just add few more bucks and invest in a good eyeliner.
