I have got a Nissan Micra Actice, black colour, from this showroom for my father. It was my worst experience ever with any of the service providers. In my first few days of usage only I noticed a dent on the bounet and informed the same to the dealer. But they turned deaf ears to my requests and questioned my credibility only. Colour of the car is black hence I could not notice that dent initially. Not only this over all dealing of the staff of this showroom is not satisfactory. I am bit satisfied just because of the excellent vehicle I have got, as such Micra has got class features, looks, reliability and performance. But still overall I will rate this showroom and the services 2.5 out of 10. Require tremendous improvement till that time I would not recommend this showroom to any of my near and dear ones.
