We know that lic is the most trusted policy in India we blindly faith.bcz its government policy. They have best plan for policy.
Customer service is fast they help you through on the phone easily they clarify every problem.
Claims settlement is bit slow they have process but they take time bcz In India you know government work is slow.
Rates and premium is not high so any middle class or poor people also take this policy but its benifit. Lic have Varity in policy plans you can chose whatever you want and how much you give premium every month its based on that but they have many option and plan available. Lic staff is nice but some people are polite and some are rude even many people not working properly so I don't like lic staff .you should go with lic first
