They will charge you the highest interest rate.
Currently market is giving loan at 9.1% but these cheaters was charging 11.7 for me.
My loan was for 20 years but as per their interest rate it would finish in 25 years.
Again if you prepay principle also they dont calculate interest on reduced principle immediately.
They will deduct few EMIS and if you complain the you will get a sorry for inconvenience mail.
You will endup paying 15-20 lakhs more interest compare to other home loan.
I will suggest not to go for this LICHFL even if you dont have any other option.
If you want to stay in peace of mind then stay away from this looter.
