The Poorest customer service from Saidapet office continues even after 6 months; I wrote the initial review on this some 6 months back; still the same old status continues.
Staff do not pick up the phone; when they transfer to corresponding section the other staff don't pick up the phone; now a female officer is heading the branch; 2 months back, I raised the complaint since I was not able to access my loan account online.
I mailed them; later some 8 days back, I called them and I spoke to the head and got her mail id itself; and complained her also; still the same old status continues; no response from them.
These people are bothered only about selling their product; that's all; post sales service is not their concern;
Every time, the customer has to visit their office; the department still living in 70's and 80's and they don't like the words such as online/phone/internet etc.
People have to visit their office and stand in lengthy queue. then only they will serve! Poor attitude!
