I tried to search for a LG monitor (model - D2342P) on LG's website. I found some info about the product but couldn't find from where can I buy this or see a live demo of the same, in Delhi
So, I simply called up LG CC & to my wonder LG India's executive didn't have a clue about the product even exists. He tried to provide me the same info I could find online on LG's website 3 contacts in Delhi --2 of them did not respond, old numbers may be & 1 of them do not deal with monitors
So I asked there executive about the solution & he told me that he'll arrange a call back ..but till date I havn't received any call from LG it's been more than a week now
I am interested in buying a LG product & LG can not provide me the info for same!
Or LG do not care about new customers ??
If pre sales response is this, what can be expected after sales ??
I've never faced such negligence from any other private company & really I wasn't expecting this from a Brand name like LG.
