I acquired a LG Window AC 1.5 Ton in May 2015. By August 2015 the control board on/off switch was not working appropriately and was difficult to press on and off. I put in a repair solicitation and they entered it in the system. In the first place the affirmation came over by email that it was a Microwave that I was requesting repairs. I called them and let them know it was most certainly not. They had the model number and the SSN of the unit and they as far as anyone knows settled it. Wells machine came to take a gander at the unit, when they arrived, the specialist said they had me down for a microwave yet he said unmistakably they had the wrong data on the grounds that the numbers coordinated the aeration and cooling system.


Wells place brought in a new part for the control board. Weeks after the fact I called and they needed to put the bring in again on the grounds that it got lost. Weeks after the fact the part at last comes in and the tech comes to put in the part. He can't make sense of how to place it in, makes a couple calls in the wake of attempting and cuts himself meanwhile. Runs the unit and it sounds horrendous. Much, much more awful than it ever ran. He said he was going to bring into get the unit supplanted. From here it goes downhill.


I have made a few calls to Wells and LG, they both instruct me to converse with the other and I get nothing useful to work with. Here it is February 1, 2016 and I made another call to LG, they are doing nothing about this issue, they see no solicitation from the tech to have this supplanted, they need to send Wells retreat. No chance! Both organizations ought to be embarrassed about themselves for this poor treatment they call "Client Service". I have numerous LG Products and this will be the last one I purchase if this is the means by which they treat their clients. Appears as though they are sitting tight for the guarantee to run out so they don't need to repair or supplant this terrible quality item. They are currently searching for an alternate administration organization to turn out to take a gander at the unit. They let me know it will take 5 to 10 business days until I hear back. This is the thing that they generally let me know and I never hear again from them. Try not to purchase this item. In the event that it breaks you will never get it settled.
