Terrible experience with this washing machine. Worked okay initially but started failing repeatedly 2 years. So far LG has refused to acknowledge it as a quality issue. Seems it is a deliberate ploy to sell a poor quality product to generate hefty service revenue after the warranty expires.
Update on my review(30/01/2021):
4 days since my latest request for a repair and a service technician has yet to contact me despite repeated messages and reminders.
