Cooling- its cooling is very good and very effective, our room is 10/8 in area, and this AC sufficiently cools even each and every corner of the room.
Sound - Sound is not at all disturbing, as its not a loud one, a bit of continuous low sound is usually observed when there is complete silence especially at night.
Reliability - This brand is very reliable, so this product is also reliable and we are completely satisfied with its performance. As we are using other products of LG too, which are all very satisfactorily working.
Customer Service - this is very good and upto the mark as whenever we have requested for service of our AC, it was done on time with complete details for further care too, visiting executives are also well informed.
Worth for money- This product is absolutely worth for its money, and its marginally above some other brands, but its not an issue, the quality is good.
