I recently bought an lg spilt ac.
My family insisted me to buy a carrier company air condition but I bought it as I had trust on LG. But they broke my trust. There are lots of problem that I faced
1) their no of free service.
I was not able to get my 2nd service because of their stupid TERMR AND CONDITION. that there should gap of 90 days between two service that too under warranty period.
So I was not able to get it as I bought my ac in JULY 2016. and my FIRST free serice was taken in may 2016 and second period can be taken august 2016 but till that time I wont be able to get for free as warrenty end in july.
2) I gave best cooling in its first three month but after that I JUST GO for repair and comes back. OUT of 18 months it had spend 3 months in service center. Sometime it gas leaks. Some time it power trips.
I fed of this product.
