I bought a LG split AC 1, 5 Ton in 2011 from Croma, and it was working fine till 2015 during summer . I relocated to another city and called LG technicians to reinstall, service and for Gas charging . They advised me to change copper tubing also, so I changed it. But after 3 weeks, no retention of gas and no cooling. Again complaint to LG, no response . After 5 months again complained . they sent another service technician and he is unable to find the fault This technician advised to replace the condensor assuming that Aluminium condensor of LG might have corroded but not sure what is the exact fault . He told he will fill the gas again. I asked him if he is not sure of the fault then what is use of filling the Gas again and again.
LG service is very poor and technicians are poor
