My name is Naveen Kalia. I am from Hoshiarpur(Punjab). 10 days ago by my mistake there was major gas leakage in my refrigerator while I was try to pulling ice box out. I put complaint in local LG service center which is run by Mr. Shushant. They said this service will be paid. I know my fridge is out of warranty so agreed for paid visit. After contacting more than 10 times and putting some local references they finally send there engineer after 48hrs. He said you have to buy new fridger as you damaged your own and it will  cost you Rs.2200. I have no choice to buy new ice fridger. They fix new fridger and take Rs.2200 and had't gave me any receipt or bill for fridger through which I came to know it is genuine LG product or not.


After switching ON refrigerator after 10min on instruction of engineer. It looks it works fine by the sound of the fridge but when I touched fridge there was current in the outdoor body of fridge. It was very big electric shock. I immediately contact LG customer care and tell her all details and she said she will send engineer next day. From the last 5day I was putting complaint each day but no one came. Today again my mother face electric shock. While contacting more than 5 times they call me and speak very rudely that there is no earthing in your house so that is why you are facing this problem. I was stun the way he is talking and diagnoses my problem without visiting client site.  I am M.Tech in Electronics so I ask him few question but he is not able to answer my query and finally send his so called engineer to my place. He checked everything. I helped him to found problem in the fridge. We found there was phase in ground wire. So your expert engineer cut ground wire and said problem was resolved.


Is this the right way?


I know no but your team respond me like this not give me any bill for changing fridger. My request is too you please provide my service bill and please bring some professionalism too in small town team. My fridge is not safe so tomorrow I will bring technician from outside as LG unable to find trouble in there own fridge.
