I have been using this phone for the past 40 days or so... the only thing which I find irritating is the small navigation keys on top (U,D,L,R) and once in a while you tend to click the wrong buttons.
Secondly, the buttons are too hard to press and an avid sms sender will have problems in typing sms's frequently - you need to press very hard to get a character on screen.
Thirdly the phone design is such that if you are using one hand for sending sms it tends to slip out of ur hand - u need to hold it with both ur hands or else reduce ur typing speed.
The screen no doubt is good and the voice clarity great. Am not too impressed with the speaker phone as it is of not much help. The only reason why I am using the reliance connection is for the low cost. The polyphonic ring tones are good. Don't know the life of the keypad for frequent SMS senders!!!
