I have gone through many reviews before I brought this phone few months back and found most of them are given by people who bought it recently either too positive or too bad ! After using it for a while I think this a decent phone for those who don't prefer Samsung.
Performance is very good and battery back up is too good when compared to other phones which operates on froyo 2.2 version. If you want some deliverable's for comparison. I have used it for watching a complete movie(720p) 2hrs+3.5 hrs of music + 25 mins for call and battery drain from 82 to 20%. Its idle for playing games, web related things and experimenting by installing new roms and having fun. for music , MSG , cam freaks it doesn't suite you at all : ) !
Now currently using 2.3.4 on my lg p500. battery you need not bother for 2-3 days with optimum usage+2G without 3G and WiFi.
