Today( 06/02/2015) I had serviced My LG mobile( L7 II) at LG service centre, Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram for replacing broken touch screen. They had replaced the touch screen and charged me Rs 1900. I paid it. In evening they called me to pay Rs 1900 again, from their mobiles.
This is another kind of cheating by LG customer care centre. Therefore all customers dealing with LG customer care are cautious to record their money transactions at the cash counter and demand bill and receipts.(Unless they won’t issue)
