I made a mistake by purchasing lg phone, on 26th April I got 2 Nexus 5x but in one the screen is yellowish so I went to shops and asked him for the replacement and he told me that please get noc/do from service center about this and we will replace but when I went to to service center and told my problem the engineers behavior was very Unprofessional and rude and he told me that the first batch of the phone has yellow screen and it is not a fault, wtf it is yellow and not a fault?
As for him they got direction from lg to say that and he didn't gave me the noc so I called lg customer care and the representative told me that he will arrange the callback but now it is more then 72 hours and I didn't get a single call, The phone is fantastic except the yellowish screen but LG service is horrible.
